1. Our service and these terms
Predora.si is provided by GRINVENT SERVIÇOS LTDA, CNPJ 44.297.761/0001-22, at Rua Jose Versolato, 111, Bloco B, Sala 3102, Centro, São Bernardo do Campo, SP, 09750-730, Brazil. Contact contato@predora.si for billing, cancellation or complaints, and support@predora.si for technical support.
We are a Brazilian company serving an international audience, subject to geographic restrictions and applicable local laws. By creating an account or using Predora, you agree to these terms. Predora provides football statistics, odds comparisons, probability estimates, custom models, educational tools, AI explanations and Sentiment analysis. Features and limits depend on your plan. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information use; optional tracking consent is separate.
2. Betting risks and third-party information
Predora is an analysis service, not a bookmaker. We do not accept stakes, hold betting funds, place bets or pay winnings. Content is general information, not personalised betting or financial advice. No estimate, positive expected value, backtest or past result guarantees profit.
Sports data, odds, AI output and links can be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. Check the actual odds, event, market and settlement rules with the bookmaker; errors, changed odds, postponements and voided bets can affect results. Bookmaker accounts, terms and transactions are between you and that provider.
If you gamble, follow local law, set limits and never risk money you cannot afford to lose. Gambling is not a reliable income or a way to recover losses.
3. Age, location and accounts
You must be at least 18, legally able to contract and permitted to use Predora where you are. Keep account details accurate and credentials secure; report unauthorised use.
Application access from Brazil is unavailable. New accounts require a recognised location outside Brazil. Other commercial restrictions may limit trials or paid features without removing otherwise available Free access; purchases also require an eligible billing country. Do not misrepresent your location or bypass restrictions.
Travel or an unrecognised location may restrict access. It does not automatically cancel renewal, pause charges or restart a trial. Contact us or cancel renewal if you will no longer be eligible; mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
4. Free access, trials and subscriptions
Free accounts have the limits shown in the product. When expressly offered, an eligible user may activate a seven-day trial without a payment card. Free signup does not start it automatically, and the trial does not automatically become a paid subscription.
Before a purchase, we show the plan, price, currency, applicable taxes, billing interval and renewal conditions. Stripe processes payments. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payment failure may restrict paid access. Review any plan-change charges and effective date before confirming; your bank may charge currency-conversion fees.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel renewal through your account’s billing controls or email contato@predora.si, including if geographic restrictions prevent account access. Ordinary renewal cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with eligible access continuing until then. Stopping use alone does not cancel billing; request cancellation expressly, including when closing your account.
Statutory consumer rights take priority. Where applicable consumer law provides it, you have 14 days from entering a distance contract to cancel, subject to the applicable service/digital-content rules. These terms do not waive that right. Any request for immediate supply, consent or acknowledgment required to limit cancellation rights must be obtained separately; charges for service already supplied apply only where legally permitted.
Email us to exercise cancellation rights or report faulty, misdescribed or undelivered service. We provide refunds and other remedies required by law, including applicable Brazilian consumer protections. Otherwise, cancelling renewal does not automatically create a right to a partial-period refund.

6. Fair use and ownership
You may use Predora for lawful personal purposes within your plan. Predora and its licensors retain rights in their software, content and protected data; you retain rights in your own lawful submissions and model settings, which we may process to provide the service.
Do not share credentials to evade limits, resell access, redistribute protected data, bypass extraction limits, interfere with security, or use protected content to train a competing service without permission. These restrictions do not remove rights the law does not allow us to restrict.
7. Availability and responsibility
We provide the service with legally required care, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, complete coverage or error-free predictions. We may reasonably suspend access for material breach, abuse, security risks, nonpayment or legal requirements; contact support to challenge an error.
You make your own betting decisions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses from those independent decisions or bookmaker actions. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, prohibited negligence exclusions or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer remedies.
8. Changes and ending the service
We may update features, prices or terms and will give appropriate advance notice of material changes affecting an existing subscription, including cancellation options required by law. Changes do not retrospectively alter completed purchases or remove accrued rights. If we discontinue a paid service or materially reduce it, applicable refunds and other remedies remain available.
9. Law and complaints
Brazilian law governs these terms, without removing mandatory consumer protections or rights to use competent courts in your country. Email contato@predora.si so we can try to resolve a complaint; this does not restrict legal or regulatory remedies. If one provision is unenforceable, the others continue where lawful.
