Predora.si Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

How Predora uses personal information, the choices available to you and how to contact us.

1. Who we are

Predora.si is operated by GRINVENT SERVIÇOS LTDA, CNPJ 44.297.761/0001-22, at Rua Jose Versolato, 111, Bloco B, Sala 3102, Centro, São Bernardo do Campo, SP, 09750-730, Brazil. We are responsible for the personal information covered by this policy.

For privacy questions or requests, email support@predora.si. For billing or general enquiries, use contato@predora.si. Email remains available when geographic restrictions prevent application access.

2. Information we use

We receive information from you, your use of Predora and providers supporting your account:

  • Account information: name, email, account identifiers, sign-in and session information from Clerk and, if chosen, your social sign-in provider.
  • Service information: preferences, saved models, settings, performance records and feature interactions.
  • Billing information: plan, subscription status, billing details and country, invoices and payment identifiers. Stripe handles card information; we do not store full card numbers. Older billing records may include tax identifiers and addresses.
  • Support information: messages and feedback, including information you submit to an available support chatbot.
  • Technical information: device/browser details, request and error logs, IP addresses where logged, inferred country, timezone and tracking preferences.

Automated country and subscription checks determine eligibility and available features; an unknown or restricted country can prevent admission or limit access. These checks do not use precise GPS location. Without information necessary for an account, purchase or request, we may be unable to provide that feature.

3. Why we use it

We use information to provide accounts, requested tools, subscriptions and support (contract); meet tax, accounting and other legal duties (legal obligation); and protect accounts, prevent abuse, diagnose problems and measure basic account/payment activity where enabled (legitimate interests, balanced against your rights).

Optional browser tracking and marketing use consent where required. Agreeing to our Terms does not give that consent. We may also retain relevant information to establish or defend legal claims.

4. Cookies and privacy choices

Essential cookies or browser storage support sign-in, security and requested settings. Optional browser analytics, referral tracking and session replay remain off until accepted through Privacy choices; you can reject them or change your choice there. Your browser remembers that choice for up to 180 days.

Optional measurement can record page views, feature interactions and interface replays. Error reporting, account/billing records and separately enabled server-side account/payment analytics are distinct from optional browser tracking and are not automatically disabled by that choice. Marketing emails provide an unsubscribe option; essential account, billing and security messages may continue.

5. Providers and international processing

Providers support hosting and databases (Google Cloud, MongoDB and object storage), authentication (Clerk), payments (Stripe), communications/support (SendGrid, Drip and Chatbase), and diagnostics or optional measurement (Sentry, Amplitude, Google Tag Manager and Rewardful). Information shared depends on the feature, configuration and your choices. When the private-area support widget loads, Chatbase may receive your account ID, name, email and existing Stripe customer ID, before you submit a message, as well as any messages you send.

We may also share relevant information with advisers, where legally required, to protect rights, or during a business transfer. External sites and providers may have their own privacy notices.

We operate from Brazil, and providers may process information in other countries. Applicable international-transfer rules require a valid legal mechanism for restricted transfers; contact support@predora.si for relevant destinations, safeguards and how to obtain an available copy.

6. Retention and security

We determine retention by purpose: account information while needed for the account and related closure matters; billing records for legal recordkeeping and claims; support records for resolving enquiries and related disputes; and security/analytics records for justified security or measurement needs and applicable provider settings. You can request deletion by emailing support@predora.si; legal retention requirements and backup limitations may affect what can be removed. Deleting a Predora account does not necessarily delete records held by external providers.

We use access controls and secure connections to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security. Keep your sign-in details secure and report suspected misuse.

7. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request confirmation, access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, anonymisation/blocking of unnecessary or unlawful processing, and information about sharing and consent choices; withdraw consent; and request review of applicable automated decisions, including an incorrect eligibility result. Legal retention requirements can limit deletion.

You may object to direct marketing and, where applicable, processing based on legitimate interests. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Email support@predora.si. Requests are normally free; we may verify identity and will respond within applicable legal deadlines. You may complain to Brazil’s ANPD, the UK’s ICO or another competent data-protection authority, without first complaining to us.

8. Age and changes

Predora is for adults aged 18 or over. Contact us if a child has supplied personal information. We will update this policy’s date and give additional notice of material changes where required; an update does not replace any required consent.
